Natig Alasgarov is a seasoned international development expert with over 28 years of experience leading and managing large-scale programs across Europe, Asia, and Africa. With a Master’s degree in Economics and a Diploma in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, London, Natig has held senior leadership positions including Country Director in Myanmar, Kazakhstan, and Russia, as well as Team Lead in Myanmar. His extensive experience spans emergency response, transitional projects, and sustainable development initiatives in countries such as Myanmar, Thailand, Yemen, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, and beyond.

 

Throughout his career, Natig has demonstrated a proven ability to troubleshoot complex projects, establish operational systems, secure significant funding—including over $58 million in USAID grants—and build strategic partnerships with governments, donors, and local organizations. His expertise includes financial management, governance, grants oversight, and stakeholder engagement. 

 

As the Chief Executive Officer of Helping Hands Consortium, Natig is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall management of the organization. His role involves setting and implementing the vision, mission, and strategic goals to foster sustainable development, community empowerment, and regional cooperation in Myanmar and Thailand. He oversees operational functions, including program development, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and partnership building. 


Additionally, he leads efforts to secure funding, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and promote innovative initiatives that create lasting social impact. 


His focus is on strengthening organizational capacity, driving program excellence, and cultivating a collaborative environment to effectively serve local communities and regional development objectives.

Megan Sullivan is a strategically minded and transformational leader with 15 years of experience leading multi-country programs across Asia and beyond. 


She has built cross-cultural partnerships, mobilized resources, and advised senior leaders in fast-paced, complex environments, bringing deep expertise in strategic planning, relationship 

Megan Sullivan is a strategically minded and transformational leader with 15 years of experience leading multi-country programs across Asia and beyond. 


She has built cross-cultural partnerships, mobilized resources, and advised senior leaders in fast-paced, complex environments, bringing deep expertise in strategic planning, relationship management, and adaptive program design. As the deputy team lead of a regional climate initiative, she oversaw the mobilization of USD 446 million in private investment across five countries by driving impact at scale through cross-sector partnerships. 


She combines these skills with experience in GESDI and MERLA, developing gender mainstreaming policies, delivering gender trainings, implementing evaluation surveys, and providing adaptive management recommendations. 


Managing diverse teams both in-person and remotely, she fosters positive work cultures while meeting donor expectations and producing impactful deliverables, including annual reports and communications for host country government partners. Megan is committed to building resilient, locally driven systems that deliver measurable impact to promote inclusive economic growth and strong governance. 


As Chief Business Development officer Megan leads the development and implementation of strategies to secure funding, expand partnerships, and increase the organization's impact. 


She identifies new opportunities for collaboration with donors, governments, and other stakeholders while ensuring alignment with the HHC's mission and goals. She is responsible for building HHC’s presence, advocating for its work, and ensuring sustainable growth through strategic fundraising and expansion efforts.

Her work spans indicator development, data collection and analysis, knowledge management, and learning facilitation across

Dr. Su Yee Mon is a dedicated Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) professional with 10 years of experience supporting NGOs and development organizations in designing and strengthening results-based M&E systems. Her work spans indicator development, data collection and analysis, knowledge management, and learning facilitation across health, agriculture, and humanitarian sectors.


With a strong track record of delivering quality evaluations and strategic insights, Su Yee excels in turning data into actionable learning. She has led or contributed to numerous capacity-building initiatives, helping teams improve program effectiveness and accountability.


Su Yee is recognized for her ability to tailor MEL approaches to fit organizational needs, donor requirements, and local contexts—ensuring that systems are not only technically sound but also practical and sustainable.


As a MEL Lead, she will focus on driving organization-wide learning strategies, strengthening data-driven cultures, and supporting the capacity building of local actors to implement effective and context-responsive MEL systems.

As Helping Hand's Communications and Marketing Lead, Jackson supports the development of communications that engage partners, boost awareness, and amplify impact.
